We make our Traditional Scottish Style Black Pudding the same way our grandfather did. Made from fresh beef blood, pure beef suet, oats, rice and our black pudding spice blend. Slice them and fry in a pan along with your sausages or bacon , and you have yourself a fine start to a good Scottish breakfast!
