Our scotch eggs have become a favorite at the festivals we attend.

Each one starts out a farm fresh egg, hard boiled and covered in our hand made british sausage rolled in golden toasted bread crumbs.

They arrive fully cooked, and can be easily reheated in the oven. Best to enjoy within 5 -6 days or put in the freezer.

Perfect paired with HP Sauce or Colemans Mustard
