Back bacon comes from the loin area of the pork, giving you a leaner, meatier slice while still delivering the savory bacon flavor you expect.
Perfect for a traditional Irish or British breakfast, these generously cut rashers fry up beautifully and pair perfectly with eggs, sausages, baked beans, grilled tomatoes and toast.

Serving suggestion: Pan-fry or griddle until cooked to your liking and serve alongside eggs, bangers, baked beans and toast for a proper Irish breakfast. It's also excellent on a breakfast sandwich or bacon butty with a little HP Sauce or brown sauce.
Heat until piping hot and serve with chips, peas and a generous splash of brown sauce for a proper Scottish-style meal.
