This dense & delicious bread is known for its well fired crust on top and bottom & no crust on the sides.
Somtimes called "Batch Loaf" due to loaves being baked together in tall wooden forms, then torn into individual loaves afterwards. Made 100% by hand, without preservatives. So best if frozen till used.
